How every shipment is checked

Production at the plant
Cement is produced and stored in the silos of the supplying plant.

Lab testing
Strength, setting time and fineness are tested by the plant laboratory.

Weighed at loading
Each truck is weighed at the gate with a weighbridge ticket.
- 4
Tested again at the border
The buyer can sample the first 100 t at the border lab before the final contract.
Specification
Type II standard requirements
The limits that Portland cement Type II must meet under the Iranian standard ISIRI 389 (4th revision, 2020; strength grade 32.5) and the European standard EN 197-1 (CEM I, strength class 32.5R). The two standards use different cement type names.
